Thorn is sent to open new flesh clubs for billionaire Jared "Mick" McKenna. When he returns, certain truths are revealed from the past that cause a shift he's unprepared for.

Kiki confronts Thorn with the truth and he denies her. Kiki wants something from Thorn he's unable to give. Instead, he dives into the mystery of a past that holds abuse, survival and dark secrets that only the two of them hold the key to unlock.

Can Kiki and Thorn transcend the demons of past circumstances to live how they were meant to? Or will some ghosts seek vengeance no matter how long they've been buried...?

Thorn (The Token, #7)My Review:
Thorn by Marata Eros

He has been a dark and mysterious character in The Token series and finally we get the low down on Thorn. Eros wrote a memorizing, dark tale of organized crime and the man who's undercover role in exposing it all.

Simone is a new potential employee for the Black Rose strip club. When a nefarious man appears claiming ownership of Simone it draws out all of Thorn's inner protectiveness which unknowingly pulls him deeper into the secrets of his past. Together Thorn and Kiki give Simone, an already kick butt protagonist, the help she so needs.

I was utterly shocked with the revelations that were revealed. I can honestly say, I sure as heck didn't see that coming more than once. Eros boggles and mystifies with her plot twists and turns and leaves us wanting more.

This series has been magnificent, just when I think it can't get any better I am surprised by another brilliant story that envelopes me into the lives of her characters in this dark world of Eros imagination.

I am highly anticipating Kiki's story!

I received this copy of Thorn from Tamara Rose Blodgett in exchange for a honest review.
