My Review
Techno Crazed by Sarah Makela

Who do you call when a major security firm turns to the dark side and begins targeting major political opposition to their firm? Private Investigator Hannah Frankin has the chops and the determination to dig deep and live life on the edge. A whistle blower is key to the investigation into foul play, but ends up mysteriously dead and Hannah needs help, but the phone call she needs to make will rip open old wounds. She walked out on Ian, not because she didn’t love him, but she had to and now she must come face to face with the technomage once again. Ian isn’t alone; he now has a roommate, a gnarled and nasty gnome with no mind or mouth filter and a lascivious mind.

Hannah is in danger and Ian must protect the only woman he ever loved, but can they really work together? They are both the best at what they do and it could be Ian’s mad hacking skills and his ability to communicate with technology that will keep them alive, or it may be that nasty gnome that saves their bacon a time or two.

Murder, mystery, mayhem and mirth? It’s all here in Techno Crazed by Sarah Makela. In a world where technology and magic reside, people are dying for the benefit of the few to indulge their narcissist tendencies and their quest for absolute power. The only ones standing in their way are a woman PI, her mage and that darn gnome.

Way to go, Sarah Makela! Outstanding dialogue and attitude, a great plot, quirky characters, evil vs good, bodies dropping and you still found room for a creepy gnome to fit right in! Oops, forgot the romantic tension hot enough to fry a mother board. Great entertainment told with a distinct flare for fantasy!

I received this copy as part of the Savage Bytes Tour in exchange for my honest review.
