Climb on and hold tight . . . In high school, Carson Steele was a bad boy loner who put Carissa on a pedestal where she stayed far beyond his reach. Today, he's the hard-bodied biker known only as Joker, and from the way Carissa's acting, it's clear she's falling fast. While catching her is irresistible, knowing what to do with her is a different story. A good girl like Carissa is the least likely fit with the Chaos Motorcycle Club. Too bad holding back is so damned hard. Now, as Joker's secrets are revealed and an outside threat endangers the club, Joker must decide whether to ride steady with Carissa---or ride away forever . . .
Ride Steady by Kristen Ashley
How can a 640 page novel seem to fly by? Because, Ride Steady is utterly enthralling!
Once again, Kristen Ashley rocks the pages with heart, home, romance, seduction and bikers…yes, bikers. The Chaos motorcycle club is back in all their hot alpha glory.
Carissa’s high school dream life has completely fallen apart. She is a single mom, struggling financially while her rich, attorney ex is trying to destroy her, when Carson “Joker” Steele, Carissa's high school crush, and the Chaos club comes to her rescue.
Bringing in a boat load of past characters to rally around the couple, is only icing on the cake to an already 5 star read making Ride Steady one of my top favorite storylines. Okay let’s be honest here, I haven’t meet an Ashley book I didn’t love and frankly I’ve read them all. From paranormal, contemporary romance to fantasy, Ashley is the queen of hot alphas and the powerful chicks that learn to love them. While I'm at it, I just have to mention as a fan girl, I squeal every time there is a crossover between Ashley's series as well.
I flat out LOVED Ride Steady, it’s that simple.
If you are a hot alpha loving, strong female with friends, romance reader, you NEED to read Ride Steady.
I received this ARC copy of Ride Steady from Forever (Grand Central Publishing) in exchange for a honest review. This book is set for publication June 30, 2015.
