Nadya Montgomery was Gypsy Beach’s own personal wild child. There was nothing she wouldn’t do, especially when it came to Grady Havens. Until disaster struck and tore them apart. Desperate to protect Grady, she ran away from everything and everyone she’d ever known.

Fourteen years later, Nadya returns to the beach to try to rebuild some semblance of her life out of her ex-husband’s shadow, but that means returning to her past and seeing Grady Havens again.

Now a charter boat Captain constantly trying to put his past behind him, Grady doesn’t know what to make of Nadya’s return. All he knows is she was always meant to be his, and he intends to make his claim. He wants her back in his life and most certainly back in his bed.

When his entire family is threatened, he’s caught between rekindling his relationship with Nadya and protecting what belongs to him.

Together they try to rebuild what always should have been, but their pasts are determined to keep them ensnared. As passions ignite between them, they realize that even Grady may not be able to keep her safe this time.

Gypsy Heat by Jillian Neal (Gypsy Beach, #3)

Gypsy Heat (Gypsy Beach, #3)One mistake far too young to be prepared for shreds the love between two teens, forcing one of them to run as far away as possible. Nadya and Grady never got over that mistake and the pain it brought. Searching for security and a chance to start over, Nadya marries a man who becomes a monster behind closed doors, brutalizing her repeatedly.

Running once again, this time for her life, she ends up back in Gypsy Beach with the hope of starting over again. What she wanted to avoid was her past, specifically Grady, but when she is stalked by her ex, Grady becomes her safe haven and the bright spot in her life.

Seeing him again was inevitable in this small town, but finding that he was still the boy she loved, only grown up and responsible. The fires of their lost love are re-kindled and in each other’s arms, they find friendship, love and the same sizzling chemistry they once had.

This time out, Jillian Neal lets the love simmer on low before turning up the flames into another scorching romance. Gypsy Heat is quite possibly the best of the series so far, with more story, more intrigue and even more humor! Some fresh dialogue brings added dimension to a delightfully hot and easy read! Quick, spicy and well laid out, this tale of second chances is first rate, light reading.

I received this copy from Jillian Neal in exchange for my honest review.
