Kit Devigny could have loved rock guitarist Noah St. John. Their friendship burned with the promise of intense passion and searing tenderness…until the night Noah deliberately shattered her heart.

Noah knows he destroyed something precious the night he chose to betray Kit, but he’d rather she hate him than learn his darkest secret. All he has left is his music. It’s his saving grace, but it doesn’t silence the voices that keep him up at night. Chasing oblivion through endless one-night-stands, he earns a few hours’ sleep and his bad boy reputation.

When a media error sees Noah and Kit dubbed the new “it” couple, Kit discovers her chance at the role of a lifetime hinges on riding the media wave. Wanting—needing—to give Kit this, even if he can’t give her everything, Noah agrees to play the adoring boyfriend. Only the illusion is suddenly too real, too painful, too beautiful…and it may be too late for the redemption of Noah St. John.

Sometimes scars go deep and sometimes it’s almost impossible to pull yourself out of that abyss those scars push you to. Lead guitarist, Noah, has known the scars that hit deep. With no support from his family, the scars where left to fester, turning Noah a man looking for a way to forget.

Kit befriended a group of artist when they were just a bunch of unknown musicians and she was just a waitress. Now their band is topping the charts and she is an up and coming actor.

Kit knew Noah’s history with women but the more she got to know him the more she fell in love…until he devastated her heart with one planned, careless, act that destroyed their friendship and caused a rift that seemed unbreachable.

Years later, Noah finds himself at a particularly low point in his life and Kit comes running to the rescue. He realizes that he should of never of let her leave his life and has no intention of ever letting her get away again.

Emotionally gripping and heartfelt, Singh writes a love story that comes with a bite. Sometimes life plays you a hard hand. Once again, Singh captures the essence of that hard life and marvelously converts into the art of words. Rock Redemption is a moving story to devour.

Always one of my go to authors, I highly recommend Nalini Singh's Rock Redemption.

  1. Great review. I have been curious about this one. I really loved Rock Hard, so I hope that this one is just as enjoyable. And I love that it deals with some tough emotion. Love that in a romance.
