Jillian Rogers Greene worked hard to close the doors on the psychic abilities that defined her youth. For years she pretended to be normal, ignoring the ghosts who whisper to her. When a car crash sets her on a collision course with the past, ugly secrets about her family and marriage come to light. She's forced to reevaluate what she thought she knew...and exactly what the future holds.

Connor Sanderson might be the key to unlocking that future. The grey-eyed artist knows ghosts aren’t real, but his attraction to the beautiful psychic makes him question those beliefs. With her husband plotting to kill her, can Jillian make Connor see the truth before it’s too late?

Ghosts Don't Lie by Katie O'Sullivan

Ghosts Don't LieHave you ever heard a deceased relative in your mind, talking to you? Maybe you were thinking about them or just maybe, they can come from the beyond to give advice or help, because we all know, Ghosts Don’t Lie and Katie O’Sullivan has made a great argument for it with this fabulous Romantic Suspense, Ghost(s) Story, Love Story! Jillian has always had the family “gift” but long ago decided it was time to block it and be “normal.”

With a failing marriage, children to care for and a great aunt who lies near death in the hospital, Jillian once again hears the voices and they are her harbingers of danger, staunchest supporters and even not above playing Cupid. It’s their love for Jillian that shines through as they give her some insights into what is wrong with her marriage, what changes her future holds and how she can protect it from her soon-to-be ex-husband.

When handsome artist Connor Sanderson comes into her life, there is just something magical about him and let’s just say, this is where her deceased relatives just may be bringing her own Knight in Shining Armor to the rescue. Will he arrive on time? Is this the start of something special or will her “gift” push him away?

Katie O’Sullivan had me mesmerized as this tale unfolded! Jillian is down-to-earth, but lonely; a woman who knows this isn’t the life she wants, but, what about the kids? Speaking of “the kids,” they are completely charming in the way that kids can be! Her ghosts? Delightful! One great-aunt, and her grandmother, smart cookies in their own right and creative, too! The twists, the turns and the dialogue are all captivating and I am all about the dialogue. Is there a true villain, oh yes…and trust me, you’ll want to crawl through the page to get to him. Stick this one at the top of the Gem pile for a multi-genre reading that is not too heavy, but pretty unique!

I received this copy from Katie O'Sullivan in exchange for my honest review.
