Synopsis:
Blessed and cursed by their hidden abilities, the Sentinels have no choice but to live, and love, on the edge of humanity…

The Sentinel assassin, Bas, is facing the greatest challenge of his outcast existence. His young daughter, Molly, has been kidnapped. But her disappearance has brought the return of her mother, Myst, whom Bas has never forgotten--or forgiven.

Haunted by a vision that she's destined to create a weapon that will destroy thousands, Myst was never impulsive--until she met the irresistibly handsome Bas. But with the Brotherhood, the enemy of the high-bloods hunting for her, Myst had to stay on the run, to keep her child, and the world, safe. Now, with the most important thing in both their lives at stake, she and Bas must embark on a treacherous journey to save Molly, to confront the truth of Myst's fate--and to face their fierce desire for one another.

My Review:
Blood Lust (The Sentinels #3)Blood Lust by Alexandra Ivy

Giddy squealing, Bas is getting his day. You heard me right, we are getting the story behind the mysterious criminal and assassin, Bas and his lovely daughter Molly.

Bas’s daughter was kidnapped making Bas call on resources that could land him in jail. Escaping their clutches, he finds himself back in need of their help when his daughter’s mother suddenly reappears.

Myst has been on the run from the brotherhood. A vision showed her creating a weapon of great destruction that could destroy the high-bloods. She is doing everything she can to stay out of malicious hands. She even gave up her daughter to keep her safe.

After the kidnapping Myst must see for herself that Molly is ok.

Bas let Myst slip through his fingers once, he isn’t about to let it happen again. When he discovers Myst’s secret he will do whatever it takes to remove the threat from her and their lives.

While you are completely engrossed in the main story, Ivy has a way of weaving in side-characters' storylines that make you want to grasp onto their plots as well…Way to reel us in hook, line, and sinker.

I have to say that I loved Bas. He is a smoldering anti-hero type character that can’t seem to help himself from letting his good guy show through.

Once again, Alexandra Ivy pulls out that golden pen to give us another fabulous, boldly written, action packed, steamin’ hot romance.

I received this ARC copy of Blood Lust from Kensington Books - Zebra in exchange for a honest review. This book is set for publication May 31, 2016.
