It was only supposed to be one hookup. One hot night to ease the mating urge of his race’s fertile period.
But after scorching, up-against-the-wall sex in a darkened club, Tanner can’t get Saige out of his mind. And when he spots her the next day, in league with an enemy, he’s determined to uncover more about her than her delectable curves.
Saige knows Tanner is one of the good guys. And that’s why she can never see him again.
Her life has crumbled into a horrific turmoil, forced to aid criminals in kidnapping men for bloody arena fights. Held against her will, she has no hope of escape from her captors.
Determination rages through Tanner until he tracks Saige down. But rescuing her from her jailers’ sadistic whims means entering her underground hell. Posing as her victim and locked in a cell, he must find a way to save them both before he is pushed into a fight to the death.

Captive's Kiss by Sharon Kay (Watcher's Kiss, #3)

Captive's Kiss (Watcher's Kiss #3)It is the solstice, hormones are running hot and the smell of pheromones permeate the air. Lust is in the air for demons and the Lash Demons are no exception. Tanner, one of the Watchers has literally caught the scent of a beautiful female Lash Demon and they both know exactly what is going to happen next. Little did Tanner know, he wouldn’t be able to get Saige out of his head.

Saige has troubles, big troubles and she is trapped in a dark plot to trap powerful beings, including some lash Demons for illegal underground activities. She knows she should avoid Tanner at all costs or be forced to trick him into becoming a pawn in a vile game of life or death. But like any good guy, when a damsel is in distress, he will stop at nothing to help her out, even if it means facing a fight to the death.

Sharon Kay is back, with a little bundle of heat, passion and action that will leave her readers panting for more. We are talking Lash Demons, specifically the Watchers and the way this author writes, a little goes a long way to reading bliss. Sharon Kay has packaged this brief tale with all the bells, whistles and heat of her longer tales. Perfect for a quick demon fix that heats up as quickly as the business end of a rocket launcher!

I received this copy from Sharon Kay in exchange for my honest review.
