Eternal life is far too long when the man you love doesn’t love you.

Grace has been resurrected. She’s a vampire, an apex predator who will live for millennia. But that’s the problem; she’s no different to any other vampire. The one thing which fascinated Roman – her ability to time-travel – died when Grace did.

As Roman becomes more distant and preoccupied, Grace seeks something or someone to ease her loneliness.

Fall from Grace (Resurrection Book 4)For Grace, life isn’t what she thought it would be. Once clinging to life with only Roman as her shining star, they have become like a distant couple with little to bring them the closeness they once knew. Alone, lost and confused, Grace acts out like a teen, living life on the edge, in her new dark and dangerous world. Poor choices, bad decisions and a handsome face could bring their world crashing down in a bloodbath of hate.

Roman has become obsessed with his research and is attracted to a human scientist, will he, too make a dangerous mistake by straying from the relationship he has with Grace? Now that the timeline has caught up with contemporary times, there is no need for time travel and no distance to make their hearts grow fonder.

Elizabeth Davies has changed up the game for Roman and Grace and they both are drowning in an unknown sea. Like any couple who does not nurture their relationship, there will be trouble in paradise, but how could they know that trouble would bring them Hell on earth?
Fear and hatred abound as Grace, Roman and his research become the target of vigilante humans who have inserted themselves in their lives. Their true feelings for each other may save their lives, and those of the vampire population. Do they have what it takes to survive? Eternity is a long time to have regrets…

Fall from Grace continues the love story of Grace and Roman as they struggle to adjust to their new relationship and Elizabeth Davies has placed a slice of reality into her tale with the precision of a surgeon. Grace is in a world of emotional turmoil as she battle her two natures, while Roman is hard-pressed to remember his own humanity. I asked myself, where is he now that she needs him, and why won’t she talk to him? Like they say, communication, communication, communication…it could be a matter of life and death.

Thank you, Elizabeth Davies for taking that path less followed and creating another fabulous tale that once again proves this is an author with the chops to color outside the expected line!

I received this copy from Elizabeth Davies in exchange for my honest review.
