Brooklyn Harper’s worst nightmare has become her reality. She has been captured by Isolation…

Trapped in a white-walled labyrinth by Juneau Malloy, Brooklyn is faced with the horrors of Isolation’s finest training yet. The skills she learned as an Omen Operative in Camp Number Eleven are put to the test in the form of brutal assessments of her strength, skills, and fortitude. Confused and disheartened, Brooklyn and the group of renegade Omens prepare for whatever trials Isolation has in store for them.

Juneau has caged her once again, but Brooklyn is far from broken…

When Brooklyn finds out her best friend Gabriel is alive, she goes on a violent rampage in search of her, but instead earns herself a stint in solitary confinement. Juneau attempts to tame Brooklyn through grueling exercises before offering her one radical choice. Brooklyn must hand over her freedom in order to spare her friends. She’ll become a showpiece Juneau will auction off to the highest bidder for her skills in assassination, defense, and combat.

There must be a way out, and the renegade Omens have to find it…

Brooklyn has no intention of becoming Juneau’s latest achievement. During a mind-warping training simulation, Brooklyn uncovers Isolation’s greatest secret and their darkest mistake. Juneau Malloy has created something far more sinister than the Omens, and it’s ready to eat the world alive.

As the battle with Isolation intensifies, Brooklyn is faced with her most dangerous choice yet…

Save her friends—or save humanity.
Echo Campaign by Taylor Brooke (Isolation, #2)

ECHO Campaign (Isolation, #2)Page one and Taylor Brooke brings us back into Brooklyn’s world of conflict with a feeling of awakening in unfamiliar, yet dangerous surroundings as Brooklyn finds herself a prisoner of Isolation and Juneau Malloy. Discovering the treachery her captors will go to to test the Omen training her imprisoned rebel team has received is both brutal and cruel, but she is determined that she will not be forced to be his puppet. Will Brooklyn be forced to give herself over to the evil of the auction block to save her friends? Will they accept that from her? It’s survival of the fittest, the smartest and the most deadly, but will it be the side of good or the evil of Isolation?

Echo Campaign picks up after the events of Omen Operation and Taylor Brooke doesn’t let up on an earthquake of action, emotion and intrigue as a brave group of Omen renegades battle for their lives, freedom and their very sanity as time after time they are forced to face the unknown as guinea pigs and try to find a way out.

Maintaining the same rapidfire pacing, filled with high energy, Ms. Brooke brings home another fabulous science fiction read. Brooklyn has matured, is stronger and more willing to do whatever she can to save her friends. The dialogue is brilliant as each scene plays out and the settings themselves are mental feasts that flashed across my mind! I was no longer reading about a tale, I was living it! This is the power of an author who gives her all to her work! Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys great writing and reading and an author who isn’t afraid to put the weight of humanity’s survival on one young woman's shoulders.

I received an ARC edition from Taylor Brooke in exchange for my honest review.
