Warren Hunt knows that Compliance is used to subdue the Arcis participants. But his parents' talk of "the outside" pushes him to complete the programme and find out whether they really abandoned him to join the rebellion.
Uncover the truth about Warren’s motives in Arcis. A Feeder story.

Intent by Eliza Green (Feeder #1.6)

Intent (Feeder, #1.6)Warren would never win any popularity contests, but is he really the bully he portrays or is he a young man on a mission to find the “outside” that his parents talked about? Like the others, he has been placed in Arcis to be taught to reach his potential as an adult, but unlike the others, he has a secret note that drives him to push forward, no matter what.

INTENT by Eliza Green is Warren’s story of the pain and feeling of abandonment that drives him forward with the force of a tsunami. His journey through each of the floors of Arcis will forever change Warren, but will he find the freedom he craves or will his true freedom come from within?

Again, Eliza Green has carved out another fresh POV for this series and again, she has nailed a powerful tale of survival, desperation and the lengths a child will be forced to go when their will to live is tested. Warren’s character was not portrayed as a hero in FEEDER, but one will see him differently once we are forced to walk a lonely and terrified “mile” in his shoes.

I received an ARC edition from Eliza Green in exchange for my honest review.
