Faith Sinclair was on the top of her career path, when she made the mistake of grabbing her boss by the "cahoonas" to make a point that he was being a sexist pig. As the producer of a top rated TV show, Fatih now finds herself blacklisted. Jobless, Faith unintentionally enbarks on a journey of discover.

If that isn't enough, something strange is happening with all her credit cards and bank accounts leaving her without access to her money.

Deciding the only way back to the top is to convince “Alex”, the star she kicked off the show, to come back. Tracking him down to an acting program in a community college, Faith finds out that convincing Alex may not be as easy as it seems.

The professor in charge of acting, Mason Mitchell, is very protective of his students and offers Faith the chance to contact Alex only if she agrees to co-teach a class.

This is a very funny, sweet story about Faith's growth as a person. Jayne Denker provides fabulous insight into Faith's journey to self discovery, rebuilding family relationship and finding what she lost by her single minded career focus.

I loved Mason, he provides such strong support but is willing to tell Faith how it is and not cower to her fame.

Uncscripted was a completely enchanting, entertaining and wonderful read. It had me laughing out loud and routing for the quirky Faith till the end.

I received this ARC copy of Unscripted from EKensington in exchange for a honest review. This books is set for publication August 1, 2013.
