A new species threatens war. Only an old enemy can stop them.
ITF Director Bill Taggart is losing control of the new planet. But more troubling than those threatening to disband the peace treaty is a group of genetically altered super humans. After eight years spent in isolation, the group, composed of former World Government elites, is active and stealing power from New London’s energy grid.

When Bill confronts Simon Shaw and Tanya Li, he discovers much altered beings from the humans they once were. Tanya says she wants the power to heal the weakest among them. But when Bill discovers an unlimited energy supply belonging to the Indigenes has been accessed, he suspects she’s lying.

Simon’s confirmation of his suspicions sends Bill into a panic. Can he stop Tanya before she gains full access to the one place that could destroy the Indigenes?

Bill and his team must rely on old foes to win this latest battle to save humanity.
Genesis Variant by Eliza Green (Genesis, #6)

Genesis Variant (Genesis, #6)Eliza Green’s GENESIS VARIANT is more than just another fabulous science fiction read, more than another fantastic addition to the Genesis series, it is a tale that brings some pretty thought-provoking issues to life, all while being pure reading entertainment.

Prepare to head to the future, a new planet sustaining a genetically altered human species and the discord that has arisen when a secret group sets out to usurp the tentative peace Director Bill Taggart so desperately tries to maintain.

Is humanity destined to destroy itself one way or the other? Will the desires of the few ruin the needs of the many? Indigenes, humans and a new altered super-human contingent are on the brink of disaster and even as his personal world is crumbling, Bill must find a way to save his world, even if it means playing nice with old enemies…

Twisted villains with a twisted dream, heroes doing what they can to save the situation and turmoil, just like what once brought Earth to its knees, Eliza Green beamed me up into her world, reunited me with familiar characters and wrapped me in a cocoon of intrigue and tension that grew more taut with each scene.

I am a huge Eliza Green fan and once again, she has my head spinning with her gift of storytelling!

I received a complimentary ARC edition from Eliza Green! This is my honest review!
